Since the breakout of Covid 19 pandemic, a few members of the congregation have been meeting every Wednesday to pray and intercede for the needs and concerns of the members of the congregation and others, that have been brought to their notice. The meeting takes place at 7 to 8 p.m. every Wednesday, on Zoom. The Pastor, graciously send all the relevant information, every Wednesday morning.

Eight to ten members form the core group and they are meeting regularly while a few others join occasionally. These members who regularly participate, have found it a very encouraging and spiritually uplifting experience. Their faith have been strengthened as they found the Lord answering the prayers in wonderful ways.

The group draws it’s encouragement from the words of Jesus.

“Truly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.” (Matthew 18:19-21)

It will be good if more members can join this small band of intercessors. They can share items for prayer and thanksgiving and join the group for prayer.
